So we went to 310 Park South. It was excellent. The atmosphere was a combination of casual and fancy. Cloth napkins but no table cloths. The servers were dressed in shirts and ties, but the customers were dressed in pretty much whatever they wanted. Jeans and t-shirts all the way to fancy dress. I really liked the atmosphere. We could eat inside or out. The front of the restaurant opened to the street so it was open all the way across. We ate inside cause its too hot here for outside dining. The food was fancy but tasted really good. We ate gator tail for our appetizer. It was actually good. Tasted like chicken with the texture of steak. I would eat it again if I got the chance. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and very tender. It had garlic mashed potatoes, beets and squash. I had penne pasta with chicken and vegetables in a tomato bisque sauce which was also very good. But the best was the Blue Marlin. I cant remember how it was cooked but it was very good. There was this cold lobster and fennel salad on the side and rice with bacon in it plus squash as well. We ordered two desserts; banana nut cake with chocolate chips and butter cream frosting plus it had chocolate syrup on it and homemade pistachio ice cream. The ice cream had a secret ingredient which the server tried to get us to guess. Mom and I couldnt but Dad knew right away. Tarragon. The server said Dad was only the second person to have guessed it. Anyway, all the food was excellent. I really enjoyed myself
